If you are arranging a mortgage this should be done before or in tandem with getting your house designs and permission so as to:-
Ensure that you can obtain sufficient funds to complete your house and that you comply with the many conditions laid down by your mortgage company in relation to structural checks, supervision, etc.
If you are about to start your build and need construction supervision. We can carry out this service at the various stages:
Foundation Inspection, Floor Slab Inspection, Blockwork Inspection, Roof Structure Inspection, Plastering Inspection, Final Inspection.
We will also prepare the Stage Payment Certificates at each stage for your Bank and Opinion on Compliance per Final Inspection together with liaising with your solicitor and bank.
